What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer PayPal checkout. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account; you may pay with a credit or debit card.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There are no minimum purchase requirements for any items.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 within the contiguous US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), and a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under that amount. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not ship outside the United States.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed for fulfillment. We cannot cancel or make any product or address changes to your order.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders $79.00 or more within the contiguous US. We also offer percent-off bulk discounts based on your order total:

$80 - $149.99: 2% off
$150.00 - $249.99: 5% off
$250.00+: 10% off

These bulk discounts are applied to your order automatically - no need for a coupon code! Please note that Every Day Best Price items are not eligible for bulk discounts.

Our Every Day Best Price items are our top-selling products in the most popular sizes. We offer these products at an exceptional value every day - so you don't need to wait for a sale! Every Day Best Price products are not eligible for bulk discounts.

Where can I find tracking information?

Tracking information is available as soon as the order is invoiced. It can be located by selecting the 'My Account' icon and then selecting 'Orders'. Once you select the order you are inquiring on, the tracking number will appear in under the shipping information section.

When will an item be back in stock?

Our buying team places weekly replenishment orders to ensure a continuous flow of replacement inventory into our distribution center. If the mill has product, our shelves will be restocked within 5-8 business days. To inquire on estimated restock dates, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].

How do I change my password?

You can change your online account password by clicking 'My Account' at the top of any page, and then selecting 'Change Password' from the menu on the right.

How do I make a return?

For your convenience, returns and discrepancies may be submitted online 24/7. You can locate this option by selecting the 'My Account' icon and then selecting 'Create a Return'.
