If there is an error on your order or you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please submit an online return here. We will email you a return authorization number that you will need to write on the outside of the box and the shipping address to send your return. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed after we receive it at the warehouse. Email us at [email protected] if you'd like to check the status.

Restrictions:
  • Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number written on the box/bag. (RA#)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping if a new order is needed. We do not do exchanges.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • PayPal fees are not refundable.
Problems with your order?

Our products are new and of first quality, but if you should have a problem or defect please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to make a claim. We will then send you a replacement for the defective item. We cannot send a replacement if you contact us after 5 business days of receiving your order.

Cancellations:

We begin processing your order immediately after it is received and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Please verify your order is accurate and what you want before submitting. If you need to make a return, please use our online return form once your order is received.
